The Position of the Sunnah in Islamic Law During the Messenger's life time the Holy Quran and Sunnah were the sole sources of Islamic Law. Such ideologies and interpersonal systems must continue to be conned to 1 competition, community, or country. Quran 48: 29 These verses from Allahs Book clearly show that the name ofthe Messenger ~ is explicitly mentioned both in the Torah and inthe Bible; furthermore, he ~ and his Companions may Allah bepleased with them all are described in those sources.
